Instructions
In a large pot, add brown sugar to a dry pan.
Turn your heat to low and start mixing your sugar as it melts.
Consistently stir the sugar until it dissolves and becomes smooth. The brown sugar may form lumps, but keep stirring.
After about 10 minutes, your sauce should be smooth and have a dark brown color. Then, add hot water and turn off the heat.
Add salt and brown sugar, mix well, and allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.
