Cook your meat on medium heat and season it with the spices.
While your meat simmers, shred your cheeses.
Once your meat cools, add a spoonful to a center of your tortilla along with a sprinkle of cheese. Roll your tortillas tight, and seal with a toothpick.
Using about 3 inches of oil, fry your taquitos on high heat oil, until they are golden brown, flipping occasionally. Use a pair of tongs to hold the taquitos down. They will rise to the top,!
Garnish with guacamole pico, jalapeƱos, lime or even cheese sauce!
