Preheat oven to 400°. Season chicken with oil, and spices.
Place chicken on a cooking rack and a sheet. Bake chicken for 35 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, make your sauce by combining Crème fraîche, shallot, garlic, red pepper flakes and lemon zest and juice.
After 45 minutes, add dollops of sauce onto your chicken and bake for another 15 minutes.
