Watermelon Agua Fresca
A crisp, light and refreshing drink for the summer made with fresh watermelon, lime, and honey. Kids and adults will love it.

Ingredients

seedless watermelon
cubed

cold water

limes
juiced

tablespoons
honey
Mint and sliced limes
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Add the watermelon, water, lime juice, and honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Chill for at least 30 minutes. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint or a wedge of lime.
Notes
Storage:
Store the watermelon agua fresca in a large pitcher in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir with a wooden spoon before serving.
