Watermelon Agua Fresca

A crisp, light and refreshing drink for the summer made with fresh watermelon, lime, and honey. Kids and adults will love it.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Mint and sliced limes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the watermelon, water, lime juice, and honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  • For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint or a wedge of lime.

Notes

Storage: Store the watermelon agua fresca in a large pitcher in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir with a wooden spoon before serving.
