Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup tomato diced
  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Mix in finely chopped onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and diced tomato. Add lime juice and mix everything together.
  • Season with salt to taste and mix everything together until well combined.
