- To prevent guacamole from browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole, removing as much air as possible before sealing it.

- 4 large ripe avocados
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ¼ cup tomato diced

- 1½ teaspoon kosher salt
