PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 ½- 2 lbs ground meat like chicken, beef, pork
  • 1 tbsps sesame oil
  • ¼ cup hoison sauce
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsps garlic gloves minced
  • 2 tbsps fresh ginger minced
  • ½ white onion chopped
  • 1 can water chesnuts strained and roughly chopped
  • Butter lettuce for serving
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by adding sesame oil to a large skillet, then cook your ground beef until fully done.
  • First, add garlic, onion, and ginger, then mix them together until combined.
  • Add soy sauce, hoisin, and honey. Mix and simmer, then add water chestnuts.
  • Assemble your lettuce wraps and garnish with sesame seeds.
