Sometimes I just want a easy, cheap, cozy meal that’s going to hit the spot and this Cheesy Ramen just does it for me! Growing up, I ate Ramen noodles everyday so my cravings run deep.
Use heavy cream, cheese, tons of sauces, I was able to elevate this ramen into a hearty, chesey masterpiece!

Ingredients You’ll Need
- Chicken thighs
- Sauces (Soy Sauce, Hoisin, Sweet Chili Sauce)
- Ramen (I like to use Samyang Noodles)
- Tomato Paste
- Onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Heavy Cream
- Cheese
- Scallions
Cheesy Ramen
Chicken, Cheesy, Ramen
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 2 packs ramen noodles
For the cheesy ramen sauce
- 2 tbsps sesame oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsps tomato paste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Asian ZingSauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 packet Samyang Noodle Wet Sauce (optional.) This is the sauce that comes in the sayang noodle packet
garnish
- scallion chopped
- Parmesan cheese shredded
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix your ingredients in a small bowl for your Asian zing sauce. Set aside.
- Marinate your chicken with 1/2 of your asian zing sauce.
- In a large hot skillet, sear chicken thighs on both sides until brown. Finish cooking in the oven at 350 degrees until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- In a large saucepan, add sesame oil. Toss in onions, garlic, and sauté. Then add in red peppers and tomato paste. Slowly pour in heavy cream, the rest of your Asian zing sauce, and parmesan cheese. Let simmer until everything is incorporated.
- Toss in cooked ramen noodles. Stir. Serve with sliced chicken thighs on top. Garnish with parmesan cheese, scallions, sesame seeds.
