- 6 Bone-in Chicken Thighs Skin on
- 1/2 juice lemon
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon honey
- zest of a lemon

- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon seasoning optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together spices, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley and honey.
- Coat the bone-in chicken thighs with the marinade until fully incorporated. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
