Christmas mornings, holiday brunches, and family events are perfect for this delicious Croissant Bake. Whether you’re wanting to whip up something special, simple, and tasty or wanting to try something different, this is the perfect recipe. First off, anything croissant is absolutely amazing, then you pair butter, herbs, cheese, and deli meat with it? Well, well, well… I’ll eat the whole pan!

Why everyone loves this recipe

It’s so easy—I almost couldn’t write a full recipe for this because it’s so straightforward! Even children can make this dish! Limited ingredients, foolproof, and impossible to mess up!

It’s perfect for crowds—I love making family-friendly dishes that the kiddos can enjoy, and this is definitely one of them! Even the pickiest eaters will devour this! I would make a few pans (if I were you).

It’s even great for meal prep—I use this for busy breakfasts when I am on the go! I put this in a ziplock bag, and instead of spending $8 on a sandwich I don’t need? Boom!

Substitute and Recipe Variations

Make it Pork Free- What I love about this recipe is how versatile it is! Don’t eat pork? No problem, you can use virtually any deli meat, or, no meat at all. I love using asparagus and mushrooms when I am making this meatless. Amazing! Get creative and make it your own!

Make it Vegetarian- No egg? No meat? No problem! Skip it and use the milk, cheese and whichever meat substitutes or veggies!

Make it low calorie– well, calories are fun for the soul!

This was a hit at an all girls brunch with all the wifeโ€™s at my local congregation!

I made this for Christmas morning and it was really delicious. I used Canadian bacon instead of ham so it was very salty. I wish I had used less butter and more honey for the baste.

Found this in 2023, and my kids asked for it this year! Some of us have celiac so finding the perfect gf croissant is key, and if you know gf products, they are super dry. I added a few more eggs to compensate for that, and it was perfect. This is one of those dishes you dream about!

This recipe is delicious! But the butter & herb sauce recipe makes about 4x more than you actually need. It also says garlic salt, not powder, which is a mistake. I made this last year with the salt + garlic salt and it was way too salty! This year I fixed it to garlic powder.

Has anyone made this the night before? Wondering if it will get soggy?

Amazing. No crumbs left. Wondering how I can make this last if I make it for two people… Does it freeze well?
