These Impossible taquitos are quick and easy dishes that will melt in your mouth. They are so easy! All you do is cook your meat, roll up your Flautas, fry them, and serve them with your favorite toppings!

(H2) Ingredients You’ll Need
- Ground Meat (For this recipe I used Impossible Meat, but you can use any ground meat including ground beef, chicken, pork or turkey!)
- Shredded Cheese
- Flour Tortillas
- Oil
- Toothpicks
- Your favorite toppings (This is where you’ll get creative! Use anything from guacamole to sour cream, to melted cheese, turn up!)
How to Make the perfect Taquitos
- Cook and season your meat
- Shed your cheeses
- Roll your meat and cheese into a flour tortilla and close with a toothpick
- Fry on high heat oil for 10 minutes or until your tortillas are golden brown
- Serve with your favorite toppings!
What To Eat Taquitos With?
- Rice and beans
- Sides (guacamole, pico de Gallo)

Impossible Flautas
crunchy Impossible taquitos!
Equipment
- toothpicks
Ingredients
- 1 IMPOSSIBLETM BEEF MADE FROM PLANTS, 12 OZ PACK
- 1 IMPOSSIBLETM SAUSAGE MADE FROM PLANTS, SAVORY, 14 OZ
- 4 oz shredded cheese
- 1 pack 8" flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsps broth (chicken or vegetable is perfect! low sodium or unsalted is even better!)
- oil for frying Vegetable or canola
Seasonings for the Flautas
- 1 tsp adobo
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
Toppings (optional)
- pico de Gallo
- jalapeños
- cheese sauce
- guacamole
- limes
Instructions
- Cook your meat on medium heat and season it with the spices.
- While your meat simmers, shred your cheeses.
- Once your meat cools, add a spoonful to a center of your tortilla along with a sprinkle of cheese. Roll your tortillas tight, and seal with a toothpick.
- Using about 3 inches of oil, fry your taquitos on high heat oil, until they are golden brown, flipping occasionally. Use a pair of tongs to hold the taquitos down. They will rise to the top,!
- Garnish with guacamole pico, jalapeños, lime or even cheese sauce!
