  • 1 lb shrimp peeled, devinened
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For the rice

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • ½ cup peas and carrotss
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup onion chopped fine
  • cup garlic chopped fine
  • cup ginger chopped fine
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce

For the Yum Yum Sauce

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 4 tbsps water optional (use it if you want a thinner sauce)
