- Ginger
- Sweet Chili Sauce

Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
Equipment

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs (or breasts) sliced thin
For the chicken marinade
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsps minced ginger
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsps light brown sugar
For the Sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsps light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Slice your chicken thighs thin, and then marinate your chicken in your the chicken marinade for one hour or up to overnight
- Add your chicken pieces to the skewer.
- Cook chicken skewers at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While your chicken is cooking, add all of your sauce ingredients to a small pan and simmer. Then, brush your chicken with some of your sauce.
- Cook for another 10 minutes, and bask again before broiling.
- Brush with the remaining sauce and serve hot.
