1 cup shredded chicken
1 cup cheese
1 tortilla
Assemble quesadillas and grill on both sides

1 cup of Rice (use minute rice)
1 cup of Cubed Chicken
1/4cup Sofrito
1 tsp adobo
Cook the cubed chicken in sofrito, tomato sauce, and sazon, serve over white rice
Plantain hash-
1 cup of cubed Platano Maduro (diced)
1 cup of cooked Ground Beef (carne molida)
1/4 cup of Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp of Sofrito
Sprinkle of cheese (optional)
