This was delicious! My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. We paired it with white rice and green beans. It was super easy to make and I had most of the ingredients on hand. I tried it with boneless chicken breast and still enjoyed the outcome. Juicy and flavorful. Thank you for sharing!

Hi Toni.
I tried this recipe twice in one week. It was that good! The first time I paired the chicken with white rice l, the second was with mushroom risotto. Honestly the rice was better because a lot of the flavor from the roasting pan was better over the white rice. Thank you very much, keep doing your thing. Wishing you success
Absolutely delicious, itโs a must try. Packed full of flavor, chicken came out so juicy and tender. We opted out red pepper flakes since my 1yr old eats the same meal as us. Canโt wait to make this again, will definitely be a staple at our home.
I had chicken breast, and didnโt have lemon or parsley but wanted to season my chicken breast different. BOMB!
I just grilled with olive oil on stove top. Sooo amazing
Update*** did it with all the ingredients on chicken breasts! So perfect! I hate chicken for meal prepping, but I ate this chicken all week with no hesitation.
This was absolutely amazing. The taste & the juiciness this chicken was great. Iโve been having trouble eating meat and this was the first time I ate my own cooked meat in almost a year. Also, my husband was raving about this and asking me to make more for meal prep. This was so good, thank you for sharing ๐
Love the recipes you post. Havenโt tried as it but definitely save the posts. What I like most about them is that they look so very simple and with little and staple spices one normally has in their spice cupboard. Thanks for always posting something that is easy and new to tryout.
