I used chicken breasts because I went to the store and they were out of chicken thighs and I wasnโt going to make another stop. If thighs hold more flavor than breasts then I might need to try this recipe again because it still tasted amazing! The spices were great but maybe adding a little pinch of cayenne could cut the sweetness that comes from the orange juice and orange slices.
