  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs You can also use breast
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 whole orange
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp salon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • sesame seeds and scallions to garnish

    I used chicken breasts because I went to the store and they were out of chicken thighs and I wasn’t going to make another stop. If thighs hold more flavor than breasts then I might need to try this recipe again because it still tasted amazing! The spices were great but maybe adding a little pinch of cayenne could cut the sweetness that comes from the orange juice and orange slices.
