The gravy from the steak is my favorite part of the dish! I can lick the sauce off the plate!

This was my first time cooking steak; I’m not a red meat person but my husband is and so I tried this recipe. We both loved it! Super simple especially for someone not used to cooking with red meat. I used beef stew chunks because I couldn’t find any flank steak at my local store. Turned out great.
