I grew up on baked Italian Dressing Chicken. It was a quick, cheap, easy meal that was flavorful and paired perfectly with any side. I love serving it with creamy garlic mashed potatoes or even honey butter cornbread. This is a dinner you’ll be proud to put on your table. It’s a classic you’ll make all the time!

I saw this video for this recipe and thought “hm sounds interesting, I should make this one day.” When I say that myself and my family love this, it doesnt do the dish justice. I’ve been requested to make this atleast once per week, and honestly ai’ve found myself making it 2-3 times per week for a few weeks now. It is a flavor bomb!

This recipe is perfection. I used to make this and totally forgot about what a quick and delicious dish it is. I sautéed chorizo and baby potatoes in the pan first and then poured the chicken, veggies, onions, and marinade on top before transferring the pan to the oven and baking. It was so good!

This was very yummy, and I loved the peppers, but next time I’m definitely adding some spice to give it a little extra kick.
